Which type of Schiff Move Free is the best?
My mother is around 60 years old. She needs some medicines for her joints, especially her knee. I know that Schiff has pretty good feedback and review. But it manufactures three different types of Move Free-
1.Move Free® Advanced Triple Strength
2.Move Free® Advanced Triple Strength²
plus MSM & Vitamin D
3.Move Free® Advanced plus MSM
I really need hear from someone who has experience or really knows about those stuff.

which one would be best?
I use the one with Vitamin D. Whether it works or not depends on what day you ask me. I take ibuprofen and tylenol and Omega 3 and that Schiff product and a vitamin D supplement and when I feel good, I really feel good and when I am having an arthritic flare up, nothing I take helps much.
Better with it than with out though.
