ALICE'S WEIGHT LOSS FACTS
"A fact a day keeps the fat away!" ~ Alice
How To Maintain Your
Weight After Losing?
Once you achieved your goals, begin with new goals.
I remember completing my first marathon which helped me to shed around 10
pounds to achieve the ideal body I wanted. And then. . .
. . . in a matter of months, I was celebrating, enjoying, traveling, eating
and drinking without caring two hoot about my body!
Guess what?
You're right. All my efforts I've put in for the intense
9 months training for my first marathon went down the drain in a
couple of months!
I stopped my running altogether, and eating like there's no
tomorrow. . . because I didn't know how to set a new goal for
myself :-(
So, here's the secret I've given you right in the first
sentence.
For instance, if you plan to lose 5 pounds in three months.
In three months' time, whether you achieved your goal or not,
immediately set a new goal, perhaps, to lose another 5 pounds in 6
months. That way, you'll maintain what you've lose through
sweat and tears rather than put back those pounds effortlessly :-)
You Can Do It!
