Quick way to drop 10 lbs in order to meet weight for military?
I have been debating whether or not i should go to a basically liquid diet to lose the last couple of lbs. and i need to d it by my physical date, I only have abt 10 to lose now. Is a liquid diet, IE weight loss shakes, a good idea? i am thinking about cutting down to two weight loss shakes a day + one snack.
