I need to lose my Moobs and I have tried everything?
I am 16years old, 6'6, and weigh 172lbs, I am actually really skinny, I have very little stomach fat, my stomach is basically flat but...I have huge Man Boobs (Moobs) I have very large puffy nipples and i have lots of chest fat. I work out everyday and I am active in lots of sports, I play basketball and football and I am actually pretty athletic but my moobs are embarrassing, when I am at beach, i try to flex or tighten my vhest to make it look like they aren't too big, but all that happens is my stomach gets tight and it looks like I have a bit of a 6pack coming in but I have massive tits, no workouts do anything about this and I know that weight loss won't affect me because everything other then my chest area is skinny, can anyone reccomend some specific diets or workouts that will help, I have had this problem since I was 11 and I have been scared to go the beach or go to a pool since.
first of all man boobs are not caused by marijuana so don't listen to that idiot. secondly it can be caused by a sexual hormone in-balance. since both males and females carry both sexual hormones you may have just a bit to much estrogen in your system. gynecomastia is what is known as an over developed mammary glands in males and there is no known clear cause. you can see your doctor to see if your testosterone levels are to low or your estrogen levels are to high. if i were you i would make a trip to the doctor to find out what the problems might be.
