Loosing Weight With Yoga
When you are getting larger, you are within the realm of company. Because of the lifestyles we live, many more people eat the foods that are holding more calories. 1. Asana for a tight stomach - use of the child's pose, wind releasing pose, abdominal lift, cobra pose, spinal twist, yogic seal pose, naval move position (lying on back), and baat pose are all a part of this asana. 2. Asana for the limbs - use of the upward dog pose, and the downward facing dog, tree pose, swinging lotus pose, hero pose, upward facing and downward facing bridge pose, squat and rise pose, and celibacy pose all help with the limbs.
3. Asanas for making the chest tighter include the baat pose, triangle pose, and hero pose, wind releasing pose, cobra pose, spinal twist, lumbar wheel pose, upward facing dog, and the downward facing dog.
4. Asana for the firming of the hips and the thighs incorporate the triangle pose, sun salute, angle pose, butterfly pose, celibacy pose, hero pose I and II, advanced wind releasing pose, and upward facing dog pose, and downward facing dog.

These exercises or asanas as they are called can be done while lying down on stomach or back, in a sitting position or while standing. A person can choose the exercises according to his or her convenience. A word of caution for the beginners; they should always practice asanas in the supervision of their fitness trainer. If the exercises are done in a wrong way; one may not get the desired effect.
Now we start with our first exercise. It is done while lying down on back. Take a deep breath and lift the right leg from the floor to an angle of 30 to 60 degrees. Move the leg clockwise and anticlockwise for five times. Do the same for left leg also. Now lift both the legs at the same time. Move them clockwise and vice-versa for five times. Keep in mind that the legs should be straight while doing this. This asana is beneficial for those who have fats deposited around their waist and thighs. The blood circulation increases and improves in this region. If this asana is practiced regularly there are less chances of extra fat to be deposited in the areas specified.
The second asana is also very simple. Lie down on your back. Now slowly lift up your both legsin a manner that they make a perpendicular angle against the body. Now try to lift your waist. Once you are able to lift your waist with ease after continuous practice; the only part touching the floor will be your head. You can also keep your waist straight by supporting it with your hands. Please do not perform this exercise in a hurry. This asana is also advantageous in a case of weight loss.
To conclude Yogasanas are a solution to the problem of obesity and that too without any side-effects. One can stay fit and healthier if he or she practices Yogasanas.
